Extraction to a target specification

Custom Extraction

Bring us a target and we develop to it: a named marker compound, a minimum assay, a particle size, a solvent restriction. Development runs on material from our own base, so the input to the pilot lot is the same one that goes into production.

Sweetener systems and premixes

Blending & Premix

High-intensity sweeteners carry sweetness; bulk sweeteners carry body. Most sugar-reduction problems are solved in the ratio between them. We build and hold that ratio as one premix, so your plant handles a single ingredient instead of five.

Stand-Up Pouches & Bulk Packs

01 What is the minimum order for an OEM project?

1 kg for a standard grade taken from the catalogue. A custom development runs a pilot lot first, and the first production quantity is agreed once the specification is frozen. A market test should not need a full container to get started.

02 How is an OEM project priced?

Three things move the number: the assay you specify, the annual volume, and the format. A higher purity costs more per kilo but less per unit of sweetness, so the cheaper grade is not always the cheaper formula. Send the target and the volume band and you get an indicative price before any development work — not after.

03 Who owns the formulation we develop together?

You do. A blend ratio or a specification developed for your project is produced for you and is not offered to other customers. We will sign your NDA before development starts.

04 How long does a custom development take?

Feasibility and an indicative price within one working day. A pilot lot with the chromatogram typically follows in 2–4 weeks depending on the target. Scheduled production runs 7–15 working days from receipt of the deposit.

05 Can you produce under our brand with no reference to PhytoVale?

Yes. Private-label production carries your artwork and your lot coding. Nothing on the unit, the carton or the paperwork inside identifies us.

06 What documentation comes with an OEM lot?

Certificate of analysis with the marker assay and the method used to get it, certificate of origin, allergen and GMO declarations, and the certification scope documents for your destination market. Issued at order confirmation and shipped with the goods.

How a project actually runs

Three steps, and a written specification at the end of the second. Most OEM disputes trace back to a spec that was agreed verbally and read differently later.

Consultation

Send the marker compound, the assay, the format and the destination market. You get a feasibility answer and an indicative price back — not a request for more information.

Development

A pilot lot is produced and assayed. You receive the sample and the chromatogram before anything scales, and the specification is agreed in writing at that point rather than after.

Production & supply

Scheduled production against the frozen specification. A certificate of analysis is issued at order confirmation and ships with every lot.
