Stevia Cultivation

The Stevia Profile Starts in the Field

Reb A, Reb D, Reb M and stevioside do not begin at the purification stage. Their starting ratios are already influenced by plant variety, growing conditions and harvest timing.

That is why we treat cultivation as part of specification control. Leaf maturity, moisture, foreign matter and the incoming glycoside profile are checked before extraction, helping reduce raw-material variation before it becomes a finished-batch problem.

400 ha stevia cultivation
and raw-material base
01

Glycoside Profile

Variety and harvest window influence the natural balance of stevioside, Reb A and minor glycosides before extraction begins.

02

Harvest & Leaf Quality

Leaf maturity, drying and moisture control affect extraction efficiency, colour and consistency of the incoming raw material.

03

Traceability

Cultivation and incoming-leaf records provide a traceable starting point for subsequent extraction, HPLC testing and finished-batch release.

“

We contacted PhytoVale while evaluating passion fruit extract powder for a cosmetic development project. For our team, the key requirement was not simply receiving a quotation, but obtaining clear technical support, specification details and traceable documentation from a direct manufacturer.

PhytoVale responded efficiently and provided the information our R&D review process required. Their communication was clear, professional and focused on the actual formulation questions we raised. That made supplier evaluation much smoother on our side.

Justyna Romaniszyn

Purchase Specialist
REGIS Sp. z o.o. · Poland

“

We reached out to PhytoVale during our search for a reliable supplier of high-purity steviol glycosides, especially Rebaudioside M. In procurement, clear documentation and responsive communication are essential before any new ingredient can move into internal review.

PhytoVale provided the requested specification information, supported the sample discussion and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their familiarity with stevia grades and supporting documents made the qualification stage much more efficient for our team.

Ellie Yoon

Product Development / Regulatory Affairs Manager
Korea Ginseng Corp. · United States

“

Our team was evaluating Rebaudioside D for product development purposes and needed a supplier able to support both technical review and documentation requirements. For this type of ingredient, speed alone is not enough — the supplier must also communicate clearly on specification, batch consistency and supporting quality files.

PhytoVale was responsive throughout the discussion and provided practical support during the evaluation stage. The communication was efficient, the specification details were clear and the documentation process aligned well with what our regulatory and product development teams needed for internal assessment.

From a buyer’s perspective, that combination of responsiveness and technical clarity is exactly what helps reduce friction when qualifying a new botanical ingredient supplier.
